The deadline for the 2014 Teen Read Week is fast approaching! Through generous funding from the Dollar General Literacy Foundation, ten libraries will be awarded $1000 each to help fund their Teen Read Week activities. Apply by June 1, 2014.
Eligibility requirements must be met in order to qualify.

Online community members can now access the updated 2014 resources on the Teen Read Week™ website. Although the website has not officially “launched”, members can log on and access all materials to get a head start on planning. Resources and materials include a publicity kit which includes a sample press release, fliers, marketing tips, planning checklists, and more.

Vote now through October 19.
The top ten titles with the most votes will be named the official titles of the 2013 Teens' Top Ten.

Teens voted online and chose "Seek the Unknown @your library" as the theme for the 2013 Teen Read Week, which will be celebrated Oct. 13 - 19, 2013. The 2013 TRW web site will launch here on April 18, 2013 ('cause that's Celebrate Teen Literature Day!).
