Teen Read Week Writing Contest at Smith Public Library

The Smith Public Library is holding a writing contest for all teens, grades 6-12, from September 16th to the end of Teen Read Week, October 19th! Submit a short story, about 1500 words or less, that fits the "Seek the Unknown" theme for 2013! Paranormal romance, mysteries, sci-fi and fantasy, anything goes! Stories will be judged by various staff members in two age groups, 6-8 grade and 9-12 grade. There will be a winner in each age group, and they will receive a Barnes & Noble gift card…See More
