Join YALSA on Tuesday, April 21 at 12 p.m. Eastern for a free Teen Read Week webinar on how to build your budget for 2015 TRW! This program will teach you how to advocate both within your library system and beyond your library's borders for funds. Participants will learn strategies for negotiating for teen services within the library budget, and also how to identify and approach sponsors and partners for funds outside of the library system. 100 seats available.
